The villas are equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and electric underfloor heating, keeping your feet warm without the need for woollen socks. Additional warmth is provided by a light fireplace and a discreet air-source heat pump.
Next to each villa’s entrance is an outdoor storage room for storing skiing and snowboarding equipment. Each villa has one parking space with an electric vehicle charging point.

The sauna’s interior is crafted from premium and exceptionally durable Princess wood, highlighting the villa’s uniqueness and refined atmosphere. The copper fittings, including stylishly illuminated copper sauna heater and water fixtures, bring a touch of grandeur and old-world charm to the space.
The dark wood kitchen features integrated, minimalist appliances with a sleek and understated elegance. The focal points of the living area are the panoramic window wall and the gently warming fireplace, providing both comfort and sophistication.
